MOVE4BRAINS Bootcamp – "Move for your brain and save another's"

On Sunday 8 March 2026, the MOVE4BRAINS BOOTCAMP event will take place. This is the bootcamp that brings together movement and impact, giving you the chance to become active, push your limits, and simultaneously contribute to groundbreaking research into brain disorders. During this bootcamp, it's all about energy, fun, and growing stronger together – not just physically, but also for a good cause.

Everyone can join in, regardless of level: the exercises are adapted so that both beginners and advanced participants achieve maximum results. Moving together creates a sense of connection and motivation that will elevate your sporting experience to a higher level.

How can I sign up?
1. Donate 10,- on the campaign page (this is also the participation fee for the bootcamp)

Why participate?

Movement with impact: Every participant helps raise funds for research into brain conditions, so researchers can find answers faster and develop better treatments.

Energy and fun: Sweating in a motivating group environment boosts both body and mind. The bootcamp challenges you, makes you stronger, and leaves you going home full of energy.

Together for a good cause: You're not alone in the workout; you're with others who, like you, want to contribute to a better future for people with brain conditions.

Join the MOVE4BRAINS Bootcamp and experience how sport and purpose come together. Move, challenge yourself, and make a difference – for your own health and for the brains of today and tomorrow.
