The event has been developed to support the ItsME Foundation in their mission – fighting deaths from meningitis. Signal stands for the signs to recognise meningitis. By participating, you contribute to research into better treatments for this horrific disease and to saving lives!

Are you aware of what meningitis is?
And do you also know how dangerous this disease is?
And that millions of people die from this disease every year, and that these are largely children?
And did you know that children aged 0-5 and 15-24 are the most at-risk groups and often contract the most aggressive form, to which they succumb?

We want to make as many people as possible aware of how urgent it is to detect the symptoms early, because in this case it is truly a matter of life and death!

Participation in 'SIGNAL BOOTCAMP' costs €10,-, with the full proceeds going to the ItsME Foundation.

Through this fundraising page, we aim to achieve a wider reach via our network and social media with the intention of increasing ItsME's brand awareness, highlighting meningitis and its dangers, motivating people to donate and thus contribute to research focused on faster symptom recognition, understanding why someone contracts the disease or not, and enabling better treatments.
